During this Tamworth HomeBuyer Survey, our RICS surveyor identified a collapsed wall, an unusual easement, vulnerable gas pipework, wet rot within the roof void, single-glazed timber windows likely to suffer condensation and decay, and a substandard roof structure. Pots and pans in the roof suggested ongoing leakage at the metalwork to the right-hand side of the roof.
